Caspar Headlands State Natural Reserve

Caspar Headlands State Natural Reserve contains a small strip of rugged coastline featured sculpted rocks, wildflowers and surf. The reserve is shared by a residential community in Caspar South, which lies on a bluff overlooking the ocean. State Natural Reserves have outstanding or unusual natural or scenic values.

Seasons Accessible

Year-round. The weather can be changeable; layered clothing is recommended. You must get an entry permit at the Mendocino DIstirct Office of California State Parks before entering the reserve.

Fees: Free day use. Camping not allowed.
