The Berryessa Snow Mountain landscape lies between San Francisco and Sacramento in California's Inner Coastal Range. The boundaries and the exact size and area are yet to be determined. However, our vision encompasses potentially as much as 500,000 acres – a largely undeveloped and diverse mosaic of public land.

This land is home to Tule Elk, Bald Eagles, and many other wildlife. The Putah and Cache Creek flow through the landscape providing water to the urban developments and agricultural land in the area. The land is owned publicly- government agencies and local jurisdictions- and privately- ranches and farms.
